| Applications submitted should include the following: |
- The completed application form must be filled in by the applicant’s parent/guardian.
- 6 passport-size photographs of the applicant.
- A copy of the applicant’s passport, including a valid UAE resident visa.
- A copy of the student’s father’s passport, including a valid UAE resident visa.
- Current, as well as, previous school year’s transcripts.
- A copy of the birth certificate, a copy of the immunization records, and evaluation results.

| Transfer documents: |
- Local-transfer students must provide a transfer certificate from the UAE school.
- Out-of-country-transfer students must provide a transfer certificate that has been attested by; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the country of origin, and UAE Embassy.
- Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

| Age requirements: |
- Children seeking admission into KG1 must be 3 years old by the 15th of September of the current school year.
- Children seeking admission into KG2 must be 4 years old by the 15th of September of the current school year.
- Children seeking admission into Grade 1 must be 5 years old by the 15th of September of the current school year.

| Finances: |
- 10% of tuition fees should be in cash + 2 posted cheques.
- Fees for books and uniforms are non-refundable and should be included in the first cheque.
- Extracurricular activities, field trips, books, after-school activities and special classes are not included in the tuition fees.
- Discount up to 20% for siblings.
